Terms & Conditions

1. All orders are subject to acceptance by the supplier.
2. Freight for all orders over $350 inc gst is free.
3. All orders within Australia are sent either by registered or by courier unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
4. All orders are subject to acceptance by Bay Park Photos.
5. Orders up to $20 are subject to an $8 postage & handling fee unless being picked up instore.
6. Orders $20.01 up to $349.99 are subject to a $12.50 postage & handling fee unless being picked up instore.
7. Freight for all orders over $350 inc gst is free.
8. Goods supplied in accordance with the customer’s order cannot be returned for credit.
9. All customer's returns are to be at the customer's expense.
10. Standard warranty rules & conditions apply. If a returned product is found not to be faulty a fee to cover freight & charges imposed by the checking technician may be imposed.
11. Film, chemical, non-rechargeable batteries & software cannot be returned.
12. Bay Park Photos reserves the right to have all products returned as faulty to be checked by a qualified technician.
13. If a non-faulty product is returned for a refund there is a 10% restocking fee.
14. If delivery is refused by the customer & the product is returned because the customer has changed their mind there is a 10% return fee.
15. All stock is sent via either Express Post or Registered Post, or if in the local area well endeavour to use a local courier . If an item is returned because of failure by the customer to accept delivery, resending will be at the full cost of the customer. Initial freight is usually at a subsidised rate.
16. Freight to regional areas & interstate (with the exception of Melbourne, Brisbane & the Gold Coast) is by registered post only.
17. Prices shall be charged as they appear on the day of order.
18. All orders shall be dispatched within 2 to 10 days of placement of order to allow the clearance of cheques & credit card orders. The customer will be notified if the order cannot be dispatched during this period for circumstances beyond the control of the supplier.
19. A $55 fee (gst inclusive) per cheque will apply for all dishonoured cheques.
20. There is a handling fee attached to all photo albums & chemicals due to their weight & size.
21. No claims other than warranty will be accepted unless made in writing within 7 days of delivery.
22. If the online price is lower than the instore price, the lower price will only apply to orders placed online.
23. All international orders are to be paid for by PayPal.
